Do we have to adopt the whole ecosystem at once?

No. Most teams start with one module — smart helmets, safety documentation, or time tracking — and expand from there. Every module works standalone and gains value as you connect more of the platform.

How long does deployment take?

Software modules are typically live within days: we import your templates, configure roles and sites, and onboard your first crews. Helmet rollouts are staged site by site with our hardware team.

Does the platform work on remote sites without coverage?

Yes. The mobile app works fully offline and syncs when a connection returns. Helmets buffer data locally and support LTE, 4G, 5G, and Wi-Fi, so coverage gaps don't create data gaps.

How do you handle employee privacy?

Monitoring features are configurable to match your policies and local regulations. Location tracking on desktop is optional, data access is role-based, and every access is logged in the audit trail.

Can SWMS integrate with our existing systems?

Yes. SWMS supports SSO via Keycloak, OAuth2 and OpenID Connect, syncs with LDAP and Active Directory, and can stream security events to your SIEM. APIs are secured with JWT.

Who owns the data, and how is it protected?

You own all data created in your account. It is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.2+, isolated per organization in a multi-tenant architecture, and governed by role-based permissions with a complete audit trail.
